Mark has had success trying Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) jury cases against his railroad clients in jurisdictions across the country. He is recognized for his knowledge of the liability and medical issues involved in asbestos exposure cases.   Mark has been involved in cases and trials in Louisiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, Tennessee, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin.  In addition to the many cases and trials involving toxic exposure Mark has a general litigation defense practice on behalf of corporations and insurers.  Mark is respected as a seasoned trial attorney, a true professional.

Away from his practice, Mark is a family man who spends his free hours with his wife and three sons.  He enjoys coaching his son’s baseball and basketball teams.
