Toys for Tots

During the recent Holiday Season the support staff at Boyle Brasher LLC's Belleville, Illinois office came up with a wonderful idea for giving back to the communities it serves. They actively participated in the annual United States Marine Corps Reserve's Toys for Tots campaign. With the Belleville staff leading the way, the Toys for Tots plan rapidly spread to Boyle Brasher LLC's offices in St. Louis, Missouri and Memphis, Tennessee. All three offices donated boxes full of great toys for children in their respective community. A job well done by the Boyle Brasher LLC's Belleville staff for getting this project going!

Taking Care of Their Own

AngelAngelica Hurley, granddaughter of Helen Martin our office manager in St. Louis, will be enjoying a trip to Disney World thanks partly to some help provided by Boyle Brasher LLC's staff and attorneys. Angelica, a bright seven year old second grader, has been very bravely coping with ongoing medical monitoring for a brain tumor that was first discovered when Angelica was a toddler. Grandmother Helen decided that it was time for Angelica and family to visit Disney World so Angelica can visit her favorite princesses. That's when, unknown to Helen, St. Louis paralegals Lisa Becherer and Glenda Manning appealed to Helen's friends at Boyle Brasher to give Angelica's family a great sendoff. Staffers and attorneys from all three Boyle Brasher LLC offices in St. Louis, Missouri, Belleville, Illinois and Memphis, Tennessee stepped up with some surprise help for the family's trip expenses. Angelica's mom and dad, Becky and Shawn, her sister Casey, brother Damian, and grandmother Helen Martin, will soon be heading to Disney World for a fun filled trip. Angelica, give a big hug to Ariel and the other princesses from your friends at Boyle Brasher LLC.

Friendly Family Competition

Our resident triathlete, Ralph Godsy, participated in the Northeast Missouri Triathlon on September 11th at 1000 Hills State Park outside of Kirksville, Missouri. The event involved a 3/4 mile swim, 18 mile bike ride, and 5 mile run. Ralph did not make the victory stand, but he had very respectable times. BBLLC has discovered that another Godsy, Ralph's son Alex, a student at Truman State University, also participated in the triathlon; any doubt about which Godsy was the family champion?
