Mark is a leading advocate for the railroad industry at Boyle Brasher LLC.  He has been exceptionally successful in Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) jury trials on behalf of his railroad clients in jurisdictions across the country. Mark is specially recognized for his knowledge of the legal, factual and medical issues involved in defending asbestos exposure cases.  He has defended asbestos cases in Louisiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, Tennessee, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin. In addition to his trials and cases  involving toxic exposure, Mark engages in a general civil litigation defense practice on behalf of corporations and insurers. Mark is a respected and seasoned trial attorney, a true professional.

Away from his practice, Mark is a family man who spends his free time with his wife and three sons. He enjoys coaching baseball and basketball teams. He is also a huge sports fan. Mark is an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan. But the Green Bay Packers and the University of Illinois Fighting Illini basketball team rank close behind the Cardinals.  Mark and his family reside in suburban St. Louis.
