Emily practices primarily in the area of railroad defense in cases brought against Boyle Brasher LLC's railroad clients pursuant to the Federal Employers Liability Act ("FELA"). She has participated in the trials of several FELA cases. Emily's background also includes the defense of products liability cases involving exposure to silica. In the traumatic and cumulative trauma cases that Emily is responsible for, she is respected for being very well organized and detail oriented.

When not in the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband and their new baby girl. Emily and her husband enjoy fishing outings and cooking together. She also enjoys engaging in Yoga for relaxation.
