Rod's practice is concentrated in the fields of medical malpractice, nursing home liability and railroad defense. He has trial experience in several different areas of law. His experience includes insurance defense, premises liability, and workers compensation defense. He represents a school district in litigation filed against the district. Rod has been an extern law clerk for a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
Rod finds personal enjoyment in exercising, reading, and spending time with his three boys. He is also actively involved with his law school alumni association and organizations which raise money for the Boys and Girls Clubs.
