Mark has a diverse practice. He represents railroads in grade crossing, trespasser and FELA cases. He has experience in handling contract disputes, truck accident cases, insurance coverage disputes, and high dollar product liability lawsuits. He advises a not for profit corporation formed by former players on the St. Louis Blues NHL team. He has provided legal advice to the zoning board of appeals for a large metropolitan county in the St. Louis area.
Mark is known in the firm for the excellence of his legal research, analysis and writing. He has authored numerous briefs, memoranda of law and significant dispositive motions for Boyle Brasher LLC in high exposure civil suits.
Mark is a native of the St. Louis suburbs where he currently lives with his family. He is a huge fan of Chelsea of the English Premier Soccer League. One of his weaknesses is his continuing interest in professional boxing. Mark is known across the firm and St. Louis region for his outstanding smoked ribs and his paella.
