Ken is a co-founder of Boyle Brasher LLC. His trial practice includes concentrations in transportation liability and insurance defense. Ken is a trial lawyer with years of court room experience. Ken relishes his time in the court room whether cross examining an adverse witness in a jury trial or arguing a contested motion before a judge.
Competition, even more success in competition, is a hallmark of Ken's character. He has tried many cases to verdict in both state and federal courts. He has consistently maintained a geographically diversified practice in jurisdictions across and beyond the Midwest. Ken is known for his command of the law and his common sense approach to his cases that impresses judges, juries and especially his clients.
Ken is a lifelong resident of the state of Illinois and an avid fan of all things Fighting Illini of the University of Illinois. He enjoys golfing when his family and work commitments permit. Ken is married with two children and lives in Illinois.
