Dave's practice has been focused for several
years on representing hospitals throughout the country in obtaining fair reimbursements under
PPO and other managed care agreements.
Dave advocates for the collection of sizable
unreimbursed hospital bills from insurers.

Dave utilizes a number of tools on their behalf including litigation, mediation, arbitration and negotiation. Dave is nationally recognized in his field. He has participated in international conferences in Budapest, Hungary and Athens, Greece as a speaker and panel member on various topics in the field of hospital reimbursement.
In his free time Dave is a knowledgeable
student and devotee to all things Shakespearean which is tempered by his commitment to his
beloved St. Louis Cardinals baseball team.
Dave resides with his wife and children in the
St. Louis area.
