Andrew practices in the area of railroad defense litigation with a concentration in the defense of Federal Employer Liability Act cumulative trauma cases. He has also defended personal injury lawsuits brought against a school district represented by Boyle Brasher LLC. Andrew learned early in his legal education that he had a strong interest in a litigation practice. While in law school, he participated successfully for several years in moot court competitions that honed his advocacy skills that have served him well in his practice.
Andrew resides with his wife and son in the Memphis, Tennessee area. He has become an avid duck hunter in his free time to the point that he is training his own retriever anticipating success in the Fall. Rekindling an interest from his youth, Andrew has taken up creating the scenes and wildlife he encounters on his hunting trips in surprisingly good pencil and charcoal drawings.
